When a manufacturing facility adopts a new piece of equipment, it can come with certain conditions that the old model didn't require: operating temperature ranges or sound control required for operation. Panel Built offers a variety of custom modular equipment and machinery enclosures to help growing facilities adapt to their new equipment's needs.
Oftentimes, Panel Built will deliver equipment enclosures that fit into one of three categories: Sound Deadened, Climate Controlled, or Particle Filtration. Of course, the type of enclosure needed depends on the equipment inside. For a Sound Deadening enclosure, the envelope will usually go over the machinery in order to control the sounded dissipating throughout the facility. This type of enclosure protects the hearing of all other workers in the facility. Climate controlled enclosures usually function to keep a piece of equipment within a constant temperature range. And finally an enclosure with particle filtration characteristics will typically be functioning as a cleanroom system. These can be systems that package pharmaceuticals, manufactures electronics, or even mixing e-cigarette juices.
