The ability to store and retrieve cartons or totes in triple- or quadruple-depth systems allows companies with highly dynamic distribution centers to cost-effectively sustain high throughput rates with a reduced footprint. A special feature of the Twister is its ability to handle cartons and totes of varying sizes, storing them within the same aisle and making the most efficient use of storage space.
