UPS Quantum View Inbound

UPS has unveiled a new technology enhancement that automatically notifies customers of every package in the UPS system that is moving toward them. The UPS Quantum View Inbound is the latest addition to the Quantum View suite of visibility services. It provides proactive notification of air express, ground and international packages en route to the receiver's location. The technology helps businesses better prepare for delivery activities in areas such as staffing, accounting, stocking and customer service. Quantum View Inbound is available in multiple file formats, including CSV, XML, TEXT, EDI and Web-base HTML. There is no charge for the service to UPS account holders.
