At this exclusive customer event, Navis executives, experts and partners will discuss new innovations that are boosting productivity and operational efficiency in the changing ocean shipping landscape.

As a prominent shipping hub for exporting and importing goods around the world, China is increasingly considering productivity as a top priority. During the summit, Navis customers will come together to discuss best practices and insights with top executives and thought leaders in the industry from business intelligence to the digitalization and the automation of ocean shipping. Many discussions will be focusing on new technologies and best practices to improve efficiencies and collaboration on a global scale.

Boosting Productivity through Terminal/Carrier Collaboration

"Our customers are always looking to improve their current operations and drive the ocean shipping industry to new heights," said Mark Welles, Vice President and General Manager, Asia-Pacific, Navis. "We're excited to see new ideas come to life at the Asia Pacific Summit from terminal automation to data collaboration and look forward to having our best customers come together for informative sessions and networking opportunities."

Executives who attend the summit will also be able to tour Qingdao Qianwan Container Terminal (QQCTN), the first fully automated terminal in China. Last year, Navis implemented its flagship N4 terminal operating software at the site as part of a record-breaking 3.5-year project to fully automate QQCTN's operations.
