With the goal of giving customers the tools to help themselves, Hytrol has released new mobile apps in its Hytrol Toolbox. The apps give customers the ability to obtain a wealth of information about their current Hytrol equipment on their mobile devices.
Users can scan the serial number on their equipment. This will produce information about that system's order history, parts numbers, suggested parts they should have on hand, and more. Users can also create a "wish list" of parts they wish to order that can be forwarded to their integrator or Hytrol distributor. The data can also be sent to any e-mail address. Access to current Hytrol installation and maintenance manuals is also available through the mobile Hytrol Toolbox.
The new apps for the Hytrol Toolbox are now available for iOS and Windows platforms. An Android version will be coming soon. In addition, Hytrol is planning to lease a Genesis Mobile App later this year that will allow mobile devices to diagnose maintenance issues and make changes to system controllers.
