Datria enables warehouse supervisors to remotely support voice deployments, training

Datria Systems Inc. announced today that its Datria Voice Architecture (DVA) enables warehouse supervisors to remotely monitor and support the Datria Voice technology deployed in their facilities. Warehouse and supply chain managers can now monitor, configure, and manage their Datria Systems Voice deployments from anywhere via any device such as an iPhone, iPad, handheld, or desktop.

Through a simple web connection, managers can access the system's Supervisor Dashboard and Voice Administration screens to monitor system performance, view activities occurring in the warehouse in real time, and respond to system configuration changes or updates. Because DVA uses voice-over-Internet protocol (VOIP), supervisors can also or participate in phone calls to assist workers with training and troubleshooting.
