3-D design options

Colson Caster's new product search and download Web site allows customers to choose caster design specifics and see a 3-D model of the product, said David Long, the company's product manager for Colson Caster. The site helps users search through the approximately 35,000 caster products in Colson's line. What formerly took hours can now take minutes, Long explained. Simple drop-down menus provide options for size, mounting, and brake features. The system is available free on the Colson Web site.
