Ohio-based PTL transfers ownership

Senior managers from Premium Transportation Logistics (PTL) have acquired the company from Magnate Worldwide, the company said earlier this month.

The Toledo, Ohio-based firm will continue to serve the ground expedite market in North America, according to the PTL management team, comprised of President Jeff Curry, Operations Manager Keith Avery, and Brad Kelley, expedited transportation sales veteran.

"PTL is excited to take the next step in its growth while continuing to provide the high service levels that our customers demand," Curry said in a statement announcing the deal.

"PTL is a great company with a great future. We look forward to continuing the partnership, in its new form, and utilizing PTL for our expedited service needs," added Dante Fornari, CEO of Magnate Worldwide.

PTL was founded in 2002 and serves customers throughout North America.
