It appears that even supply chain software gets a place in the sun once in a while. Based on five-year revenue growth trends as compared to other Texas-based technology companies, EXE Technologies Inc. has been named to the Deloitte & Touche Texas Technology Fast 50.
"In this rough time for technology companies," says Ray Hood, who is founder and chairman of EXE, "placing in the Fast 50 helps put things in perspective. Our 257-percent growth rate over the past five years is an enviable one and proves the long-term viability of our company."
Fast 50 companies must have 1997 operating revenues of at least $50,000 and 2001 operating revenues of at least $1 million; must be a U.S. company developing or providing technology products or services; and must have been in business for at least five years. The finalists are eligible to compete in the Technology Fast 500, also sponsored by Deloitte & Touche, ranking the nation's 500 fastest-growing technology companies.
