  • Lauth, one of the nation's largest real estate development and construction firms, has broken ground on the first of two bulk distribution buildings at North Pointe Industrial Park in Charleston, S.C. The first facility, designed for cross-dock operations, will occupy 390,180 square feet of space and will feature a 32-foot clear height and up to 100 dock doors. This spec building is scheduled for completion early next year. The second building will occupy 399,732 square feet of space and will have yard room for more than 80 trailers and 200 cars.
