MCFA INTRODUCES NEW MITSUBISHI 4,500 - 6,500 LB. CAPACITY ELECTRIC CUSHION TIRE FORKLIFT SERIES

HOUSTON (November 20, 2019) - Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA), the provider of Mitsubishi forklift trucks across North, Central and South America, today introduced its new 4,500 - 6,500 lb. capacity electric cushion tire forklift series. Offering exceptional run times and an easy-to-service design, the new FBC23N - FBC30LN forklift series delivers exceptional value across a wide range of warehouse environments.

"We're excited to launch our newest Mitsubishi electric cushion tire forklifts series to the market," said Antonio Serrano, product marketing manager at MCFA. "Customers are continuing to look for ways to increase productivity and reduce costs, and the new electric cushion tire forklift series is designed to do just that. The forklift's energy-efficient design allows it to run longer on one battery charge, maximizing uptime throughout the shift for greater productivity. Operators will also appreciate the forklift's spacious operator compartment and ergonomic features for added comfort throughout the day."

Key Features Include:

Energy Efficient
With advanced AC motors and optimized regenerative braking systems, operators can drive productivity to a whole new level. The two-stage hydraulic system determines the optimum motor speed, resulting in reduced energy consumption and longer run times.

Low Cost of Ownership
The FBC series has key features to keep costs down over its lifetime. Design features, such as an easily removable side, top, floor and rear access panels, make accessing the forklift's motors and major components simple, helping save customers' time and money. Additionally, the all-welded box frame and battery edge cover design helps to extend the life of the investment.

Compact Design
The forklift's compact design also provides a tighter turning radius when loading and unloading trailers or working in cramped conditions.

Spacious Operator Compartment
From the beginning of the shift until the end, the FBC series of forklifts was designed for optimal comfort. Operators can easily adjust the seat to their preferences. The low-profile steering wheel also provides extra space and comfort.

Integrated Presence Systems (IPS)
This integrated, computer-based feedback system uses both audible and visual indicators to alert operators to potentially hazardous situations, while increasing overall operator awareness.

Re-Designed LED Front Work Lights
The redesigned LED front work lights provide excellent illumination while loading and unloading trailers or in dark areas.

Additional Productivity Options
Flexible productivity options, such as foot directional control, rear grab handle with horn button, sideshifter and overhead guard options are also available to further customize the forklift to the specific application.
