Barcoding, Inc. President to Speak at World Trade Center Institute Event

October 2, 2019
No Comments

BALTIMORE - October 2, 2019 - Barcoding, Inc., the leader in supply chain efficiency, accuracy and connectivity, announces Barcoding President Shane Snyder will be the keynote speaker at the World Trade Center Institute's "Taste of Business Canada" event this month. Snyder will share experiences and takeaways from the company's recent expansion into the Canadian market. Zachary Zimmerman, trade commissioner at Foreign Investment Attraction to Canada, will also speak at the event.

The "Taste of Business" series is a staple of the World Trade Center Institute's networking events and provides insights and best practices for conducting business in other countries.

"We are very excited to have Shane speak at this event," said Lydia Yodie, senior manager of business development and membership at the World Trade Center Institute. "His recent experience expanding Barcoding's business into Canada will provide valuable insights for the Baltimore business community."

In March 2019, Barcoding launched Barcoding-Canada, with offices in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, to better serve and support clients across North America. Snyder will discuss why Barcoding chose to do business in Canada, along with the challenges and opportunities the company faced during the expansion.

"Canada is a dynamic market filled with opportunities," said Snyder. "I look forward to sharing insights we've learned about the cultural nuances of doing business in the country and the prospects the market presents for future business growth."

The event will take place at Spark Baltimore on Wednesday, October 23 from 5-7 p.m. For more information or to register, visit www.wtci.org/events/taste-of-business.
