RAVAS introduces iForks 32 and RCS Hy-Q 52 at LogiMat 2018

February 15, 2018
No Comments

At the LogiMat show in Stuttgart RAVAS introduces two new forklift scale products: iForks 32 scale forks and the RCS Hy-Q 52 hydraulic scale.

iForks 32, the next generation forklift scale
iForks, the hugely successful RAVAS scale forks, are moving into their next generation. With only 52mm fork height and no external components on the fork shank, iForks 32 gets to look more and more like standard lift truck forks. The upgraded 3200 driver display offers attractive new features, like standard Bluetooth connectivity.

Bye bye big battery packs...
iForks 32 looks leaner than its predecessor: the big battery packs have been eliminated and replaced by compact Lithium Ion batteries. All scale components on the forks are now hidden below and behind the fork shoe, creating a slick, efficient look. The changes leave no external components on the fork shank, making iForks 32 even more easy to fit onto fork positioners. With a height of 52mm, iForks 32 is now only marginally higher than standard lift truck forks.

......hello 3200 driver display !
The 3200 weight indicator offers automatic tilt compensation, to automatically correct weight errors that occur when the mast tilts. And it automatically logs tip loads and overload events. Bluetooth 4.0 is a standard feature on the 3200, providing connectivity to PDA's, tablets and smart phones. A RAVAS app is available from Google Play and the App store. It acts as a remote display and remote control for the scale, but also allows you to download data from the 3200 instrument and send it off via email.

RCS Hy-Q with 5200 indicator
RCS Hy-Q 52 is equipped with the all new RAVAS indicator 5200. This highly intuitive touch screen indicator only shows those function keys that are relevant to the ongoing operation of the scale. The 5200 indicator comes with Bluetooth 4.0 and with an app to collect the data.

RCS Hy-Q 52 is an accurate hydraulic scale with relatively simple installation procedures. Lifting and lowering the load provides an accurate weight, averaging out the influences of asymmetric load distribution. The user friendly 5200 instrument makes calibration easy by guiding the technician through the procedure.
