GuardRite SB3 Barrier System

March 1, 2006
No Comments

The Rite-Hite Aftermarket Corp. introduces the GuardRite SB3 Barrier System, which makes interior loading docks and other areas safer by defining their boundaries.

The GuardRite SB3 Barrier System is constructed from yellow 6inch nylon restraining straps that provide high visibility. Its modular design allows the system to easily define large walkways and work areas in a plant. The GuardRite is also designed to be easily removed as needed for unobstructed access. It is available in a 43inch-high double-strap restraining system and comes complete with attachment and anchoring hardware.

The system's safety-yellow powder-coated steel posts provide restraining strap support and make a rugged barrier that is able to withstand a 10,000-pound fork truck traveling at 4 mph without damage to the barrier system. A manually operated storage system also keeps straps neatly organized when access to the area is required. An 8-inch-high handle rotates to place straps on rollers that quickly and efficiently move the restraining straps away from fork truck traffic. Available in a single post design, the GuardRite SB3 can also be installed as a pedestrian barrier system that helps keep visitors or pedestrians out of fork truck traffic areas.

Ocean Sector Shaping the Next Shipageddon

DCV-TV 4: Viewer Contributed
If you're a shipper, it's never good when a rep for an ocean carrier tells you, "You better sit down before you read this."
