Edison, New Jersey - July 31, 2018 - In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Gordon Logistics, the preferred third-party logistics provider to major wine importers, alcoholic beverage and food wholesalers and distributors, signed a long-term 269,424 sq.-ft. industrial lease at 180 Raritan Center Parkway in Edison, New Jersey. Gordon Logistics will occupy the majority of the 354,000 sq.-ft. warehouse facility.

The CBRE team of Scott Belfer, Lou Belfer and Nicholas Nitti arranged the lease on behalf of the building ownership, New York Life (NJIND Raritan Center, LLC).

"Gordon Logistics was looking for a long-term solution for its warehouse and distribution needs in a building with a corporate appearance and a facility that would handle its current and future growth," said Scott Belfer, senior vice president. "This location was ideal for the company's needs, given its close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Holland and Lincoln Tunnels, George Washington Bridge, Newark International Airport and the Port."

Founded in 1940, Gordon Logistics serves as a supply chain solutions partner for the alcohol beverage and food industries. From source to final destination, Gordon Logistics is an expert in moving, storing and adding value to its client's products. The company offers an array of services tailored to meet each customer's needs, including federal and state alcohol compliance; inbound logistics; domestic and imported freight consolidation; freight transportation services; specialized storage and distribution solutions; and tracking of inventory and merchandise programs.
