MP Objects Earns ISO 9001 & 27001 Certifications

June 12, 2018
No Comments

BOSTON, June 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MP Objects (MPO), a leading global provider of enterprise supply chain orchestration software, announces it has achieved International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001: 2015 and 27001: 2013 certifications. By meeting the extensive criteria for these standards, MPO demonstrates its ability to consistently deliver effective quality management in the sales, design, development, implementation, services, support, and security of its SaaS platform for Supply Chain Management.

ISO 9001: 2015 helps organizations demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Obtained through rigorous, external audits performed by an independent accredited registrar company, the certification aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the thorough application of a company's management system, including processes for improving the system and assuring compliance with various regulations.

ISO 27001: 2013 is a strict international standard that specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving information security management. The certification is achieved via systematic and rigorous external audits of an organization's information security risk profile with special considerations given to its threats and vulnerabilities, thus ensuring that information entrusted to MPO meets agreed requirements of confidentiality, integrity and availability.

"In today's accelerated global economy, the supply chain is of more strategic importance than ever before," said Dr. Martin Verwijmeren, MPO founder and CEO. "In achieving ISO 9001: 2015 and 27001: 2013 certifications, we demonstrate our continued commitment to our customers' success in providing a consistent, reliable, and secure supply chain planning and execution platform."
