Wildeck offers new safety, storage, and lifting products

Wildeck, a manufacturer of mezzanines, decks, lifts, and other material handling products, launched several new products at ProMat 2011 this week.

Among them was its new V-Lift single-cylinder material lift. The low-cost vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) lift is a single-cylinder cantilever lift that was created for "green" building designs and crowded facilities, the company says. The hydraulic system employed in the lift eliminates moving hoses, cables, and chains and prevents twisting during operation. The standard lift has capacity up to 3,000 pounds and has a carriage dimension of 6 feet x 6 feet. It can be configured to service heights of up to 14 feet.

The company also introduced an addition to its AutoSenz VRC Overload Detection System. The system stops a lift when it detects a jam due to improper loading of material. The Auto-Senz M-series is now standard on all of Wildeck's VRC products and is available as an aftermarket product for existing lifts. The D-series is available as an option for mechanically operated VCRs and includes diagnostics, programmable maintenance reminders, and a digital display.
