The School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison will offer a two-day course, How to Redesign Supply Chains, on June 9 and 10, followed by another two-day course, Measuring and Recognizing Supply Chain Pe rformance, on June 11 and 12. The courses will be held at the university's Fluno Center. The fee for each is $1,19 5 .
How to Redesign Supply Chains is based on the University of Wisconsin's nine-step change management model. Pa rticipants can expect to learn how companies are using this management tool to offer balanced and more competitive end-user services.
In Measuring and Recognizing Supply Chain Performance, participants learn to follow a seven-step process to develop and use SC measures to achieve a number of goals, including defining key results areas of supply chain performance, aligning supply chain metrics with management initiatives, establishing reporting and control systems, and recognizing and reinforcing appropriate organizational and trading partner behaviors.
