As a modular construction provider for 25 years, Panel Built, Inc. has a great deal of experience delivering fast storage and office space solutions. Using their panelized office system design, Panel Built can design, deliver, and install new office space into facilities in a faction of the time of stick built alternatives. And with the convenient installation on-site, the facilities incur minimal site disturbance and down-time. Panel Built's 'standard' panel type will consist of a polystyrene core, sandwiched between two vinyl covered gypsum boards. This panel type is highly cost affected and fits into a number of different manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. However, Panel Built offers 20+ additional panel configurations!
Panel Built modular offices can be outfitted with extra sound deadening materials in order to reduce noise inside the office environment, making it a fantastic option for heavy manufacturing facilities or equipment enclosures. Additionally, Panel Built offers a variety of fire rated panel options, ranging from non-combustible to 1-hour fire rated panels which can be required in certain facilities, especially those using flammable chemicals and materials. Another frequent request includes increasing the insulation properties or R-Value of the panels. Panel Built can adjust the composition of the panels and even utilize a higher density core the boost the insulation of the wall panels. Ultimately, Panel Built strives to offer a wall panel type of any environment. For companies looking for custom configurations, Panel Built can even work with them to create a specialized panel option.
Panel Built was founded in 1995 by brothers Pat and Mike Kiernan, and began with the construction of pre-manufactured buildings. Today, Panel Built offers a complete line of custom modular offices, mezzanines, security booths, pre-assembled exterior buildings, and cleanrooms. All our multiple product lines are produced on site, in four state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Panel Built offers "A Better Way to Create Space" for all of your building projects.
