At Retrotech, Parshall will be responsible for the company's controls, electrical, and mechanical engineering departments. In this position, Parshall will significantly support the effort underway to develop the engineering capacity and capability to meet the growth implicit in our strategy.
"Peter has a wide range of skills and he has earned a reputation for building strong teams with a good balance of short-term results and long-term strategy," said Retrotech CEO Paul Deveikis. "His 20-plus years of experience spans multiple engineering disciplines which affords us uncommon versatility and perspective. He'll be a valuable addition to our team and a great fit from a business culture standpoint."
Most recently, Parshall was Chief Systems Engineer for Alstom. There, he was responsible for a team of system and requirements engineers applying the principles and practices of system engineering and integration processes. His most recent project at Alstom was a $300 million project to re-signal Toronto's Union Station Rail Corridor.
Parshall holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Rochester. A proud father of six, he and his wife Rebecca enjoy spending time together with their children tending to their small family farm in Middlesex, New York.
