JTS Fresno Perishable Division Announces New Staff Developments

(Fresno, CA) April 5, 2016 -- Johanson Transportation Service, a leading third-party logistics provider, announces the promotions of several staff members in their Fresno Perishable division.

Jeff Mosqueda was promoted to the position of Manager - Perishable Division in Fresno. He will focus on sales and business development and will oversee Perishable freight sales, daily operations and staffing. Mosqueda has been with JTS for over four years.

Shawn Dhillon was promoted to Carrier Procurement Lead in the Fresno Perishable division. He will lead, motivate and supervise the carrier sales team and develop the carrier sales organizational structure. Additionally he will be responsible for developing and growing the carrier base, overseeing rating and assignment of carriers and analyzing data to create lane efficiency. Dhillon has been with JTS for five years.

Matt Holt was promoted to Customer Service Lead in the Fresno Perishable division. As main point of contact for assigned customers, he will also be responsible for: building and developing the customer base; problem resolution and positive customer interactions; working with the carrier procurement department on behalf of the customer; and, provide leadership to operations and night staff to ensure customer requirements are met. Matt has been with JTS for eight years.

Pete Donlon was promoted to Data Analyst in the Fresno Perishable division. He will be responsible for the following: research and analysis of freight costs; creation, analysis and evaluation of data to drive business decisions; prepare statistical data for contract negotiations and participate in negotiations; maintain cost analysis reports; provide statistics on shipment tracking; evaluate existing capabilities and establish new systems and processes for the tracking, management reports, and analysis of all traffic. Pete has been with JTS for 10 years.
