The TransForce Group acquires American Driver Network

Transportation workforce management firm The TransForce Group has acquired American Driver Network (ADN), adding to its recruiting and employment solutions business, the company said February 15.

ADN offers a driver-specific network of websites, job boards, job postings and affiliate employment web sites, complementing The TransForce Group's portfolio of services in education/training, recruiting/employment, and compliance/safety.

"Our acquisition of the American Driver Network further enhances our ability to reach even more drivers in a market where commercial drivers increasingly utilize digital jobs boards as one means to search for available jobs," David Broome, president and CEO of the TransForce Group, said in a statement announcing the deal.
