Modern management will be the focus of a three-day program conducted by the ARC Advisory Group in Boston next month. The conference, "Real-time Performance Management: The Next Frontier in Operational Excellence," is scheduled for June 25-27. The program investigates strategies for meeting dynamic business conditions, with an emphasis on operational cost and profitability measures. RPM solutions, which use real-time data for all cost-based performance calculations, offer executives the tools to manage their business based on current, real-time conditions, according to ARC.
ARC Forums provide a blend of analyst commentary, user experiences and supplier technologies. Each half-day session contains presentations followed by a panel discussion. In addition to analysts from ARC Advisory Group, senior executives from leading manufacturers will also be participating. This forum includes an exhibit of RPM technologies, with a focus on performance management, RFID applications, wireless technology, business process management, real-time visibility and business analytics.
