Excellent article. I work for JDS Uniphase and worked there throughout Mr. Brinkley's tenure. The man has always been able to put his money where his mouth is. I had the pleasure of working for him for four years and everything he said about making sure people know why they do what they do is true. He is a brilliant strategist, motivator and speaker. There is no question in my mind he will accomplish this goal.
