FlapNest 2115 plastic containers

IPL Material Handling Products has strengthened the tamper resistance features of its FlapNest 2115 plastic containers. The containers use strong plastic hinges, which are safer for workers to handle than wire hinges. The plastic hinges have now been made thicker and longer for added strength and durability. Breaking these hinges to get at the containers' contents is much harder and easier to spot than with wire-hinged containers. Wire hinges on many other container products can often be withdrawn and later reinserted by a thief, making it very difficult to detect the theft until the container is opened at its destination. The lip flaps of the FlapNest 2115 containers can be further secured with safety straps, ties or clips. These containers, which are lightweight and stackable, offer a nesting ratio of five to one.
