Crane Worldwide Logistics Names Kenneth Nielsen as New Managing Director for Benelux

Crane Worldwide Logistics continues to enhance and expand its regional leadership in this exciting area of growth for the company. In this role, Nielsen, will be responsible to oversee the continued growth of Crane Worldwide Logistics in Benelux and report to Marco Nazzari, Regional Vice President, EMEIA.

The hiring of Nielsen demonstrates a commitment to improving Crane Worldwide Logistics' unparalleled operations in The Netherlands, consisting of a strong airfreight base in Amsterdam, ocean freight in Rotterdam, and contract logistics capabilities in Tilburg. Growth in EMEIA is clearly visible year over year and Nielsen will be instrumental in the continued success in the region.

"The Benelux region is a strategic hub for logistics activities in Europe and will be a key focus of the EMEIA team moving forward."

Nielsen is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of senior positions across the supply chain industry in EMEIA, South Asia and the Americas. His most recent position was at Geodis Freight Forwarding where he was Director, Global Ocean Product. He also held various positions during his esteemed career at AP Moller-Maersk (Damco) and Yusen Logistics.

Nielsen holds a business degree from Tietgen Business College in Odense, Denmark. Kenneth will work from the Crane Worldwide Logistics office in Amsterdam.
