Project forwarders registering to attend the PPG Project Forwarding Certificate from 26-27 September in Houston during the Breakbulk Americas education program will receive a 20% discount if they pay in full prior to August 24, 2016.
Training co-ordinator for the two-day ISO accredited course Kevin Stephens said the 20% discount offered a substantial saving of $US370 per person with the resulting course price of $US1480 per person if full payment was received by August 24.
"Testimonials from attendees who have completed the PPG Project Forwarding Certificate emphasise that this investment in professional development has been very worthwhile and that they highly recommend the course to their industry colleagues," Mr Stephens said.
"This excellent participant feedback recognises that our training combines specialised skills and knowledge with practical advice based on industry experience."
Mr Stephens said the 20% discount offer would also apply to group registrations up to a maximum of six attendees per company. Attendance at the course also includes entry into the Breakbulk Americas exhibition and conference and Tuesday evening Opening Reception.
Training workshop modules included project forwarding case studies, risk management, strategic partnerships, value adding strategies, traffic and logistics functional planning, meeting client expectations, biosecurity, working with brokers, tricks of the trade, and preparing quotations. Business communication addresses crisis communications, persuasive email, cultural communication, pitching with PowerPoint and how to write winning tenders.
To qualify for the 20% discount and receive an invoice please email Kevin Stephens direct on kevinstephens@ppgprojects.com.
