a2b Fulfillment adds three to Client Services Team

June 2, 2016
No Comments

a2b Fulfillment, a leading provider of business support services including Order Fulfillment, Customer Care and Value-Added Services has added three new Client Services Representatives. Kari Bahr, Samantha Lanzarone and Brandon Shell will work closely with clients to onboard them into the system, answer daily operational questions and ensure accurate and timely orders.

Kari Bahr joins a2b Fulfillment after working as Dealer Support Coordinator for Athens, GA-based Evoshield, where she created positive experiences for clients. Bahr will be leveraging her customer service experience in the retail industry for her new role as Client Support Services Representative at a2b Fulfillment. "I find handling new client integrations very satisfying," says Bahr. "Getting dozens of moving parts all working in unison is a beautiful thing." When not exceeding client expectations at a2b, Bahr can be found working as a certified dog groomer or exploring thrift and antique stores in search of unique things for the home she shares with husband, Matt and their five 4-legged kids: Juno, Indie, Gretta, Dash and Ginny.

After graduating from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA with a degree in Hospitality Management, Samantha Lanzarone worked for six years with The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee. Prior to joining a2b fulfillment, she worked as Player Relations Specialist for The Kingdom at Reynolds Lake Oconee for just over eight years. Lanzarone is excited about bringing her customer experience to the new realm of order fulfillment. "We have a very positive atmosphere here at a2b," says Lanzarone. "The staff has been very welcoming and friendly. It's also great to see so many people taking such pride in the work that they do." Outside work, Lanzarone enjoys camping, hiking, biking or just being on the lake with her husband Rick and their two boys, Gates and Will.

Brandon Shell is another veteran of customer service. Having worked for more than a decade in the Hotel and Resorts industry; including ten years at The Ritz-Carlton and most recently, Group Sales Manager for Hotel Indigo in Athens, GA, Shell is thrilled to be a part of the fast-paced environment at a2b Fulfillment. "Everyone here is so friendly and happy," explains Shell. "I have been welcomed with open arms and the company really works hard to ensure that we are all setup for success and know how important our role is." When he isn't working on new client onboarding or managing projects at a2b, Shell enjoys spending time outdoors; going to the lake, kayaking, and skeet shooting. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Valerie and their son, Carson.

"It's exciting to have these three exceptional individuals join our team and bring so many years of combined customer service experience to this department," explains a2b Fulfillment President, Ayal Latz. "We are known for providing unparalleled service to our clients and this reinvestment in our team will ensure that we continue delivering on our promises as we grow and add clients."
