MonarchFx partners with call center and telecommunications firm
PowerHouse Consulting will help alliance launch e-commerce fulfillment network in time for holiday peak, MonarchFx says.
Logistics service provider MonarchFx said today it has partnered with call center and telecommunications firm PowerHouse Consulting Inc., as MonarchFx continues to ramp up to launch its e-commerce fulfillment business in time for the 2018 peak holiday season.
Founded in 2016 by Jim Tompkins, the founder of supply chain consulting firm Tompkins International, Raleigh, N.C.-based MonarchFx is compiling a list of partners including third party logistics (3PL) providers, software and technology developers, and shippers.
Bedford, N.H.-based PowerHouse will join that list of specialists, offering services such as strategic planning, call center assessments and optimizations, telecommunications assessments, workforce optimization, outsourcing management, custom learning programs, and procurement management, the firm said.
Together, the full alliance intends to open a network of five automated fulfillment centers around the U.S. by August, providing nationwide same-day, next-day, and two-day delivery for e-commerce brands and retailers, according to MonarchFx.
