Sarah Watt is research director with Gartner's Supply Chain Group. Her research interests include sustainable supply chain, circular economy, talent management and diversity and inclusion.
Watt job is to help Gartner clients find more effective ways to apply sustainability principles within the supply chain based on organizational values and product offering. Her work aims to show how embracing sustainability can be profitable for business while also being good for the planet. Watt also works with supply chain leaders to link their business strategy to their talent management requirements. Her interests include talent acquisition, retention, and succession management. She also has experience in diversity and inclusion as one of the enablers for strong talent management.
Watt has more than 10 years of experience in sustainability in a large corporate environment. She is a Chartered Environmentalist, IEMA, 2018.
