Ethafoam and Stratocell specialty foam products

Sealed Air today has launched three recycled-content specialty foam products: Ethafoam MRC (maximum recycled content), Ethafoam HRC (high recycled content), and Stratocell RC (recycled content).

These packaging and shipping materials are suitable for products such as electronics, hardware, and automotive parts.

Ethafoam MRC polyethylene foam is made of 100-percent preconsumer recycled resin. It is available in black. Ethafoam HRC polyethylene foam contains a minimum of 65-percent recycled resin content. It is now also available in black, replacing the various shades of gray previously associated with Ethafoam HRC. Stratocell RC is comprised of a minimum of 60-percent recycled resin content and is available in black as well.

These products each were created in partnership with customers in response to an increased demand for sustainable packaging alternatives.
