RTAC-4Q3 rotary arm stretch wrapper

Arpac unveils its RTAC-4Q3 rotary arm stretch wrapper. This unit is part of the company's RTAC Series of heavy-duty, conveyorized automatic rotary tower wrapping systems, which are designed to maximize stretch film usage while ensuring the very best load unitization. Standard features include user-friendly operator controls and powdercoated paint to provide a durable, scratchresistant surface. Suitable for high-speed production lines, the RTAC Series indexes, automatically wraps, and discharges loads without operator assistance.

The new unit has the ability to handle up to 100 loads per hour. It offers a touch-screen Allen Bradley HMI (human-machine interface) for setting machine parameters, performing manual operations, and displaying fault diagnostics messages. The system is contained within a six-foot fenced guarding for maximum safety during operation. Products are transported through the unit on heavy-duty conveyors with 2.5-inch rollers driven by a loop-to-loop chain. It also offers a 36-inch diameter precision steel ring rotary arm support and drive system for stable, safe, and maintenance-free machine operation.
