The system provides construction updates on the 5th and 20th of each month to alert users of the more than 2,000 construction projects currently under way on North American roads. The alerts are displayed on route itineraries and provide details on construction location, including information on duration and type of construction. The alerts are highlighted in orange text for Quickest and Lowest-Cost routing options. New and existing customers can download the latest RoadWork Construction Update from the Internet at no cost.
