DEMATIC TO DEMO INDUSTRY'S MOST ADVANCED WAREHOUSE EXECUTION SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS

April 4, 2016
No Comments

ATLANTA, GEORGIA - April 4, 2016 — Dematic, a leading global supplier of integrated automated technology, software and services to optimize the supply chain, will feature at MODEX 2016 a variety of order fulfillment solutions that address the dramatic shift toward increased customer expectations and maintaining their satisfaction. MODEX, the premier international supply chain event of the year, takes place April 4-7 at the
Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

Dematic will demonstrate order fulfillment methods that make supply chains more responsive and efficient. "We call this trend the Tyranny of Now," says Ulf Henriksson, Dematic President and CEO. "Not only are customers demanding fast delivery, they are expecting it to be predictable, flexible and easy to make returns."
To meet these challenges, Dematic is proud to present solutions that deliver what customers want, when they want it and where they want it. The booth will showcase low, mid and high levels of equipment and technology solutions that are managed and controlled by Dematic iQ Performance Optimizing Software. Ulf Henriksson stated, "We look forward to introducing customers to the most advanced global Warehouse Execution Software in the industry with capabilities engineered by Distribution Science." Designed specifically for environments driven by Traditional (Wave), On-Demand (Waveless) or Hybrid (Wave & Waveless) fulfillment, Dematic iQ software offers a single platform and footprint that allows growth over time, less risk, provides enhanced functionality and the ability to quickly adapt to business flow.
Dematic booth 3047 also includes a "live" demonstration of Dematic Reddwerks RaceTrack, an advanced piece-picking solution driven by mathematical algorithms, directing zone-free, pick-to-light workflow. In addition, the Dematic MonaLisa Pouch System and Goods-on-Hanger System will provide a glimpse at the overwhelming benefits of automation expediting orders to customers and handling returns. Other technologies on display include Robotic Picking, Order Consolidation, Case Sequencing Buffer, Deep Lane Pallet Staging and Fork AGV Pallet Handling.
Visit us at Dematic booth 3047 and at Dematic Reddwerks booth 737 in Atlanta. For more information, visit dematic.com or contact Cheryl Falk at 262-860-6715 or Cheryl.Falk@dematic.com.
