Third-party logistics service provider Exel plans to bring together customers, suppliers and other supply chain participants in a series of seminars to explore improvements in financial performance through supply chain management practices. The seminars, led by Dan Gardner, Exel's vice president of the Western Region, are being held in the western United States throughout the fourth quarter.
Gardner says that Exel's daily interaction with regulatory agencies, shippers and consignees across multiple industries gives it access to supply chain expertise that it brings to the presentations.
Seminars will be held in Denver on Nov. 8, Salt Lake City on Nov. 10, and San Francisco on Nov. 15. For more information on the seminars or to register, contact Bettina Shoemaker at (310) 338-4693 or bettina.shoemaker@us.exel.com.
