Supply Chain Carbon Dashboard
Damco has introduced a carbon footprint tracker called the Supply Chain Carbon Dashboard. The new tracker is designed to help customers execute their carbon strategies by providing a graphical representation of the carbon emissions associated with their supply chains.
According to Damco (the new combined brand of A.P. Moller-Maersk Group's logistics divisions), the dashboard displays carbon emissions on a detailed level—for example, by transportation mode or by product. The tracker allows the user to identify carbon hotspots within the supply chain, while at the same time generating genuine cost-saving opportunities.
