Crown opens expanded forklift facility in Michigan
Site will meet growing needs in food distribution and automotive manufacturing sectors, firm says.
Lift truck manufacturer Crown Equipment Corp. said Tuesday it has opened an expanded sales and service location in Michigan to meet growing customer needs in the areas of food distribution and automotive manufacturing.
The new Crown Lift Trucks facility, located in Kentwood, Mich., near the city of Grand Rapids, offers material handling technologies, products, and services including forklifts, warehouse design solutions, parts and service, automated warehouse solutions, and fleet and operator management systems.
By combining all those features in a single site, the facility will act as a one-stop shop to help ensure customers in the region have maximum forklift uptime, according to New Bremen, Ohio-based Crown.
