Ninth Annual DC Metrics Study: How does your DC measure up?

Join Dr. Karl Manrodt of Georgia Southern University, Kate Vitasek of Supply Chain Visions and the University of Tennessee's Center for Executive Education, Joseph Tillman of Supply Chain Visions, and DC VELOCITY Editorial Director Peter Bradley for a look at the results of our Ninth Annual DC Metrics Study. This annual research tracks how distribution centers measure customer service, inbound and outbound operations, quality, capacity, and employee performance. In addition, we'll discuss the emergence of measures for the "softer" side of performance—the interpersonal skills that help build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and employees.

The annual study is sponsored by DC VELOCITY and the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).
