Special Coverage: National Forklift Safety Day 2023
On National Forklift Safety Day—June 13, 2023—the Industrial Truck Association (ITA) and its members throughout the United States will be highlighting the safe use of forklifts and the importance of proper operator training. Educational sessions will include:
- updates on OSHA regulations and resources,
- recommendations for enhancing the safety of forklift operators and pedestrians in facilities where forklifts are used,
- presentations by industrial safety and regulatory experts, and more.
The June 13 program, which will also be livestreamed for those who cannot travel to Washington, is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required.
