This award is based on a variety of performance factors including on-time service, invoice accuracy, low claims ratio, overall customer service and other metrics. This is the first time Dayton Freight has earned this award.

In addition, for the 11th time in a row, the National Shippers Strategic Transportation Council (NASSTRAC) has named Dayton Freight Midwest LTL Carrier of the Year. Sponsored by NASSTRAC and Logistics Management magazine, this customer-based recognition program honors carriers that demonstrate excellence in customer service, operations, pricing, leadership and technology.
