CBRE announced the sale of Plum Tree Plaza, a four-building industrial property totaling 73,170 sq. ft. in Fort Collins, Colorado, to Nectar Equities, LLC. The sale was an off-market transaction.
FlexHQ paid $10.8 million for the property located at 5180 Fox St. CBRE’s Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Jessica Ostermick represented FlexHQ in the acquisition. Bill Thompson and Mike Camp, also with CBRE, represented the seller.
