Logistics technology provider eTrac has joined forces with the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association (CLDA), adding CLDA's members to its database of final-mile carriers, the organization said this week.
Shippers and third-party logistics providers use eTrac's system to connect with final-mile carriers. The CLDA partnership is part of eTrac's carrier partner program and is at no cost to the couriers, eTrac officials said.
"CLDA is excited to work with eTrac to bring expanded member benefits to our carrier and shipper members," CLDA President Chuck Moyer said in a statement announcing the partnership. "Increasing business opportunities for members is one of the main pillars of our association and eTrac is a great affinity partner to help us make this happen."
