ProTrack Warehouse Labor Management solution

TZA, a provider of supply chain productivity software and services, has released a new version of its cloud-based ProTrack Warehouse Labor Management solution. This new release features an Advanced Labor Planning module that helps operations teams proactively plan and schedule their labor and run their operations at lower costs. The Advanced Labor Planning module allows distribution center managers to reduce overtime, enhance customer service levels, and address fluctuations in demand and resources, according to TZA.

It also allows users to analyze warehouse staff and shift resources to optimally balance the regular, overtime, and temporary labor needed to meet demand. This new release of ProTrack Warehouse Labor Management includes Active Performance Management (APM) to automate performance monitoring of warehouse employees. ProTrack's cloud-based functionality allows managers and supervisors using customized questionnaires on a handheld tablet computer to conduct one-on-one observations of floor associates.
