HDPE Lateral Void Fillers

Paylode Cargo Protection Systems introduces the HDPE Lateral Void Fillers. Designed to be used between rows of pallets in railcars and trucks, these tough, reusable plastic dunnage devices keep pallets from leaning, shifting, and damaging packaged goods.

The reusable Paylode Lateral Void Fillers are engineered to withstand 2,500 pounds of force. They have passed the Association of American Railroads (AAR) impact test, and offer a service life of 7+ years of harsh use. They are energy absorbing and cushion without crushing, unlike corrugated drop-down fillers. Two sizes and interlocking choices are available to fit any load plan.

Paylode fillers are made of recyclable materials. Once the components reach the end of their life cycle, the company will buy them back and recycle them to help shippers reduce their carbon footprint.
