EC100 RollerDrive

Interroll has developed a high-performance, motorized driven roller designed to stop packages precisely. The brushless EC100 RollerDrive is equipped with a zero motion hold (ZMH) electro magnetic rotor brake and a re-engineered gear box. This design results in high efficiency, reduced noise, and cost savings by minimizing energy consumption over the roller's life. The EC100 RollerDrive is suitable for conveying in postal, distribution center, or light pallet handling applications.

The EC100 can be manufactured to work with O-rings, multi-rib belts, timing belts, or chains. It is designed as an alternative to traditional belt, line shaft, chain, and sprocket drive systems. The new roller is available in galvanized or stainless steel.

The RollerDrive enables a conveying speed of up to 260 feet per minute. Noise emission levels of less than 55 dBA can be achieved during operation. The unit can also be applied with the HC-EC100 zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) control card for a fast and convenient set-up for self-control, stand-alone conveyor systems.
