Virtual Dispatch Ltd. has released Excelerate Live, its new Web-based dispatch system. This flexible Web shipping application is designed to increase a company's profitability and customer satisfaction.

With Excelerate Live, users can create professional transportation invoices and send them electronically along with proof-of-delivery documents, which are handled through the document-imaging option. Users can also create a login for their clients to track and trace the status of their orders online.

Excelerate Live also provides fully automatic updates and backup procedures. It decreases system slowdowns and lowers administrative costs. The system is easy to use, as all that is needed is a user name and a password to get started. With the Excelerate Live application, size doesn't matter. Companies can have one user or more than a hundred users.
