CSEasy solid super-elastic tire for forklifts

Continental Tire North America Inc. (CTNA) introduces the CSEasy, a solid super-elastic tire for forklifts. Installation of the CSEasy does not require a mounting press, specialist technician, or special equipment. These resilient, solid pneumatic tires can be fitted on site, ensuring the forklift is back in full operation within minutes.

The CSEasy employs a reusable adapter located between the tire and rim. The adapter's conical shape positions the tire properly so that the CSEasy can be mounted quickly and easily with a simple torque wrench. These new tires eliminate the need for a mounting press, lock and flange ring components, and wheel exchange pool.

The system features enhanced technical properties that include optimum rim seating, high temperature tolerance, and greater dynamic load capacity for transporting heavy loads. The tires also offer optimized side-tilt stability and better steering precision.
