Hydraulic load leveler

A new hydraulic load leveler from Presto Lifts improves worker productivity and reduces fatigue. Designed for manual loading and unloading of pallets, the unit allows access from all four sides. For loading, a pallet is placed on the platform, which is then raised by hydraulic power to its full "up" position. As items are placed on the pallet, the platform is loaded so that each successive tier of goods can be loaded at a comfortable height for workers. Unloading works in reverse, with the platform raising as products are removed from the pallet. The load levelers have capacities of up to 4,000 pounds and are equipped with photoelectric toe guards that stop downward travel if the beam is interrupted. The platform also has the ability to lower to floor height so pallets can be placed and removed using a pallet jack.
