Direct connection to 12volt DC vehicles for GX 1000 and GX 1200 computers

Glacier Computer, a provider of rugged portable computers for harsh environments, now offers direct connection to 12volt DC (12 VDC) vehicles for its GX 1000 and GX 1200 computers. Customers using vehicles with 12 VDC electrical systems can now wire these portable computer units without the need for an external converter. This makes the overall installation quicker and eliminates the cost of the converter.
