SmartTrak RFID smart labels

Weber Marking Systems Inc. has introduced its SmartTrak RFID smart labels, a line of pressure- sensitive labels that include embedded RFID inlays that can be encoded with large amounts of variable information. Weber inserts the RFID inlays between the label face stock and its release liner as part of its label conversion process. The company notes that it uses fully tested and verified inlays from manufacturers like Alien Technology, Omron and UPM Rafsec.
